Rob Henley
Rob specialises in raising capital for African businesses and believes strongly in the investment readiness process. Rob has led Stadia Capital since 2014, raising over $500 million for companies and projects. With 30 years of experience, his background spans corporate finance, hedge funds, and equity trades, including senior roles at UBS and portfolio management. He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Edinburgh.
Stuart Steyn
Stuart specialises in capital raising and strategic advisory, focusing on impactful, high-growth businesses. Since joining Stadia in 2018, he has worked across industries in Africa, managing investor readiness, valuations, negotiations, and due diligence. He holds a BCom inEconomics and Finance from the University of Cape Town and is a Golden KeyMember.
Doreen Zaki
Doreen is based in Nairobi and is skewed towards the Kenya and EastAfrican client base. Doreen brings 15 years of experience in pensions, the capital markets industry, and corporate advisory. Her expertise includes business strategy, financial modelling, business valuations and providing investor readiness support. She holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School, London (now Bayes University).
Kudzai Rushwaya
Kudzai has experience as a financial analyst specialising in M&A and capital raises for listed and unlisted entities across Africa. His skill set includes financial modelling and analysis, valuation, and deal structuring. He graduated in 2017 with a BCom Honours in Economics from Midlands State University in Zimbabwe.
Juan Linde
Juan previously worked at EY in Cape Town, where he gained valuable experience in emerging markets, including supporting the Sanlam-Allianz merger. His expertise includes financial modelling and M&A. Juan is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s and Honours degree inAccounting from Stellenbosch University.
Aadam Manan
Aadam specialises in investor readiness, financial modelling, valuations, and preparing pitch decks. With experience in asset management and M&A, he holds a BCom in Investment Management from Stellenbosch University and a Postgraduate degree in Finance from Stellenbosch Business School.

Harry Waldemer-Brown
Harry brings nearly three decades of experience in public and private financial markets, advising investors and issuers across three continents. After 17 years in listed Asian equity markets for global investment banks in London, in 2011 he relocated to Cape Town to help establish a new African equities business. Since 2016 he has been raising private equity and debt for businesses in Africa and Europe. Harry joined the Stadia Corporate Advisory team in 2017.
